Growing up Daniela spent her summers working for her father’s civil construction company where she was exposed to a variety of commercial contracts. After college, she went on to obtain her law degree from Vermont Law School where she served as Events Editor, and Ghost Productions Editor on the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. After law school, she accepted a litigation associate position with a Denver law firm. There, she gained experience handling an extensive range of regulatory and transactional issues among various commercial, corporate, and general civil litigation matters.
Daniela’s background enables her to understand her clients’ needs on a fundamental level, and she appreciates the societal impact construction has on its surrounding communities.
