After a lifetime in construction, working his way up from laborer to project manager, Joe knows the nuts and bolts of construction projects. He excels at working with the project team to get to the root of the problem quickly. He is a keen observer, with the ability to see the small details as well as the big picture. This is because Joe is first and foremost a construction guy.
After getting a real-world education in construction, Joe went to college for a degree in construction management, then to law school. Since becoming an attorney, Joe has successfully assisted clients in a variety of matters from small contract disputes to multi-million-dollar professional negligence cases and everything in between. Joe understands that every dispute is a business decision and operational challenge for his clients. By learning from the past and teaching clients how to avoid risk in the future, Joe cultivates strong relationships aimed at long-term success for his clients.
Joe received his BS in Construction Management, Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, School of Law. Joe is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming.
